We know that it is sometimes difficult or tiring to go to the health center every day to take pills; sometimes you find it uncomfortable or you prefer to take your medication before bed. Therefore, the VST application was created to facilitate the delivery of anti-TB treatment.Using the app, you can take your pills at a convenient time for you, while maintaining close contact with your doctor. All you have to do is take your medication daily, record a video of how you take your medication, and send it to your doctor. Here you will also find: information about tuberculosis for you and your loved ones, inspiring messages from former patients who have gone through the same thing as you, information about the nearest tuberculosis office where you can go if necessary. In addition, through the application, you will be able to transmit information about your health status on a daily basis; be able to evaluate the medical services you use; if you had to go through an unpleasant experience of communicating with medical personnel, you can report it using the application. The purpose of this app is to bring medical services closer to you, and your responsibility is to simply take your pills every day to successfully complete your treatment. This application was created as part of the Moldova Tuberculosis Patient-Centered Care Model: Digitalization for Better Treatment Adherence, supported by the TB REACH Initiative of the Stop TB Partnership, funded by the Government of Canada and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation by the Center for Health Policy and Research (PAS Center) in collaboration with the National Tuberculosis Control Program and OA AFI.This application was translated into Tajik and adapted for pilot use in Tajikistan by the Stop TB in Tajikistan Partnership in cooperation with the Republican Center for the Protection of the Population from Tuberculosis State Institution within the TB-REP 2.0 project (funded by the Global Fund to Fight HIV , tuberculosis and malaria and implemented through the Center for Health Policy and Research (PAS Center) as Principal Recipient).
